Album Review: Yeasayer: Odd Blood

Yeasayer's sophomore record is a raving success. A transition has been made from the prominent folksy sounds of its predecessor, into a more contemporary electronic showing. Truth be told, there is more to be found in common with Hot Chip as opposed to any of their previous work. Whilst a few tracks manage to maintain that bohemian air to them. Drums have become more prominent.
Stand out songs are easily Ambling Alp and O.N.E, which both have a banging remix version out there in the ether, thanks to Alan Wilkis and the XXXchange respectively.
